In yesterday's "Takin' Twenty Report" I mentioned that the VGN
Electric EL-3As ("Squareheads") were set to "run at 12 MPH low speed by
Westinghouse Engineers" to match the first "on record" traffic ticket
issued for speeding in an automobile. They were actually set to run at
14.2 MPH low speed and 28.4 MPH high speed.
