Pennsylvania's Holdings Believed to Have Been Turned Over to Rogers-Standard Oil Crowd

    New York, Jan 30--The belief is entertained by some Wall street financiers that the Pennsylvania railroad has sold its holdings in the Norfolk & Western railway to Kuhn, Loeb & Co., and that this banking house with H. C. Frick now controls the system.
    Because of the close friendship existing between Mr. Frick, who has for some time had substantial holdings in the Norfolk & Western, and Henry H. Rogers, who has about completed the construction of the Virginian railway, the belief is expressed that it is the Rogers-Standard Oil party to which the control of the Norfolk & Western probably has passed.
