War Eagle WV Signals

I spoke with the signal foreman overseeing the new signal installation at 
War Eagle the other day.  It turns out that War Eagle is being cut in 
Monday.  That will be the end of another set of CPL signals.

I have attached a couple photos of the signals that are being retired. 
They are in dire need of replacing.  I took these photos a year ago when 
the new signals at Panther were cut in.
