Along the Virginian

    Work is being progressed on the Virginian Railway and track laying is in progress between Ingleside and Oakvale.  This will be pushed in the direction of Ripplemead, 27 miles, to meet a tacklaying party which is working from New River.

[I don't know what is meant by "...working from New River" because Ripplemead is on New River.]
