Richard is right. Actually, since the trees have been cut, you now can see how the tipple footers walk right up the side of the hill. You'll have to excuse my tunnel vision for not seeing this before now as all of this sits between two whistle crossings. One at the Fringer Store and the other at Spec Mine Rd.
