I apologize that I have not chimed in before about this subject.  Unfortunately, when I moved, most all my RR collection went into storage.  Now, while I'm waiting for my house to be built, it is still there and will remain there until the house is done.  I have the CTC builders photos for that machine, as well as track charts spanning several decades.  I just don't have it at my fingertips right now.  Sorry.
 
But, I will say the one Andre has is accurate for the time period the machine was first put in use.  Thanks again, Andre!
