Melborn

Having not seen the illustration, I'll take a stab here, I'd guess  
that this depicts one of the Radford Division machines, which was  
located in the Dispatchers office in Roanoke. Melborn is west of  
Radford, Bristol Line, I don't have any of my timetables handy to give  
a more specific.
