Two Hundred Miles of Tidewater Track Down
------
Portsmouth, Va., April 4 -- The Tidewater railway draw over the southern branch of the Elizabeth river will be swung tomorrow, thus completing 110 miles of Tidewater trackage from Norfolk to a point near Victoria, in Lunenburg county, the end of the first division, and where the Tidewater's small division shops will be located. Of the 446 miles of trackage from the coal fields in West Virginia to Norfolk, 200 miles have been completed.
