The signals to be replaced could also be the intermediate signals at
"Old 27" (N356.9/357.0), which are located across the East River from
Jugneck Road (off of WV Route 120 east of Ada).  These are both
single-mast, double-track CPLs - the style usually makred with "Do Not
Climb" signs these days.
