We really don't know for certain who ordered the scraping of the  final FM. 
What we do have are stories from people's memories who told others,  who maybe 
added opinions, etc. I have heard the same story but with a  different name! 
Not knowing for sure if the tale I have heard is true, I have  stayed silent.
