BOULDER HITS HOPPER

Virginian Railway crews late yesterday afternoon completed new tracks 
after this 50-ton boulder toppled from a cliff near Highland Park, 
just east of the Wasena Bridge, and smashed into the empty hopper 
car. The boulder fell about 6:30AM, minutes after the train of 
empties had pulled onto the main line. One car was badly smashed and 
two lengths of track were torn up.
