Deepwater Wins Important Case

    In the circuit court at Princeton yesterday, the celebrated case of the Deepwater railway company, complainants, against the Norfolk and Western and others, defendants, was decided in favor of the Deepwater.  The two railway companies have been engaged in a desperate struggle for rights of way at several points in this county, and the fight has engendered much interest.
