POSTAL CLERKS WILL STOP AT IRONTON

    The Roanoke Times says:  Owing to complaint about postal clerks running between this city and Kenova stopping over at the latter place, which is stricken with smallpox epidemic, Mayor Cutchin called the attention of Mr. F. A. Campbell, chief clerk of this division to the situation, and received a letter from him stating that the postal clerks would stop at Ironton until conditions change at Kenova.
