N&W Yellow "FGEX" cars

Around 1970 N&W switched from Blue (back to?) Yellow
on it's Fruit Grower's Express Boxes then being built:

Just to the left of the reporting marks there is a box
outlined in black - anyone out there have a good photo
or who otherwise can tell me what would have been
inside that box?

As best I can tell it says something like:

LEASED TO N&W RWY
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

(There are five lines)

This pic and the one in the N&W in Color by Nichols
are the only pix I've been able to find so far, and I
can't make it out from these.
