Gary,
    The answer to this question might possibly be found by contacting the fellow that runs "Model Car World". He carries model paints in specialty colors used throughout the auto industry and racing world. It might be a learning experiance at least to talk to him and see how a certain color of paint can be produced.
    I have used his paints and have no complaints.
