CAVE-IN AT BIG BULL TUNNEL

    Just after No. 16 from the Clinch Valley had passed Big Bull tunnel yesterday [Tuesday], a portion of the roof of the tunnel caved in.  Traffic was delayed several hours.
    The same tunnel caved in Monday night, and the track was not cleared until 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon.  No. 16 being the first train to get through.
