Bluefield railroad overlook?

The 1895 "People's Bank Building" in downtown Bluefield has collapsed
and been demolished. The Bluefield papers mentions the possibility of a
railroad overlook. The Bank stood across Princeton avenue from the N&W
railroad passenger station location.
