Rodney said "Politically wise I'm about as liberal as you can get but I  
don't get the impression people want to hear my views." 

There is one  thing about expressing your views and an entriely different one 
on relating a  little history concerning a railroad. Noone was expressing 
their political views  but stating a fact about a political figure that  was 
"involved" in an  offhand manner with the N&W. I found it interesting and brought 
back  memories of what was going on in Virginia at that time. Just my one  
cent worth.
