Railroad Shops at Kenova to be Reopened
                                                    ------
    The abandoned shops of the Norfolk and Western railroad company at Kenova are to be reopened and a large force of men will be put to work in the near future.
    The plant has been idle since the removal of the shops to Portsmouth, but, owing to the large amount of work that has been received at the Portsmouth plant, it was found necessary to open the Kenova plant to assist in getting out the work.
    Word has been received at Kenova to the effect that the plant would resume operations.
