N&W Dwarf Signal

Hi Ben:

While i do not know the name for this particular signal, it seems this
is home brew for a turnout indicator. The N&W did use a US&S style
indicator (NS-20's I believe), on turnouts in yards and such. Was this
turnout operated via a switch machine, hand throw or spring switch?
