Busy afternoon on the Virginian

It was a busy late afternoon on the former Virginian west of Roanoke. At least two hopper trains went west and three trains went east. There was a meet on the long double track at Fagg. The westbound had no trouble gaining speed up the grade from a standstill at WEDT Fagg.
