PRR also had a, um, relationship shall we say, with Wabash.
One perk that WAB officers received was PRR stock in their
retirement plan.  Some PRR stock had been acquired at
$110 plus.  After the 1964 merger,  those employees now
working  for N&W watched their PRR stock (later PC) dwindle
to the single digits.
