The 1972 version of the station book measures mileage from  the
freight station -- the one on Redgate Avenue (Lamberts  Point).
Where is mileage measured from in the 1966 edition ?
 
Incidentally, Ron, that's another reason for difference in  the
mile post at Boaz and the distance from Norfolk -- Mile Post  "0"
was on the Water Street Branch in the neighborhood of 
NS headquarters, but the mileage in the station book  is
measured from Lamberts Point.
