Final Terminal Overtime

Harry,
    Final Terminal has been gone a long time. There are still some jobs that do get initial terminal delay, but they are very few. With the new "Trip Rates", initial terminal delay was factored in to the rates depending on how much was made during the test period. I was one of the few on our side that still made terminal delay at the time of its demise.
