  Hello:
   
  A friend of mine down here in Texas wants to get a job with a railroad. He went to conductors' school in Kansas City and now has his FRA license. He is healthy, eager and willing to relocate but he is "old," i.e., 49. NS in Louisiana would suit him fine. Got any ideas?
