Your right Ed. I didn't think about that. I doubt if the headlight was any
different than road engines. A friend of mine had the headlight from Engine
104 and it looked the same as mine.. ---By any chance were you any relation
to Willie King who was a civil Engr. with the N&W? My Dad was the Asst.
Engr. at Portsmouth, Ohio. I was WAS raised up on the N&W. We lived at
Portsmouth, Columbus, Williamson, Bluefield. Roanoke,and Norfo;k. He was the
engr. at Hurley.Va when they built Weller yards in the 30's. He wouldn't let
Mother and I to move there as they didn;t have electricty or water. Mom and
I Ilived in Williamson and he came home on the weekends.
