I recall, quiet videly dozens of those signals at Circleville, Ohio,
on the Columbus District. The N&W crosses several streets at grade in
"Round-town" and nearly everyone of these (except South Court and Main
Streets), had a set of wig-wag signals...

Awesome restoration...
