Apr/june arrow

I just received a packet containing a flyer for the convention , the 2007 election ballot , commissary order form, and 2 pages of new offerings from the society. However there was NO Arrow Magazine or Comissary items book with it. My question is did mine get left out or is  the Arrow and Commissary items coming in a seperate cover.
