Actually, those are Norfolk Southern owned coaches NS 28 and NS 29, both
former N&W cars.They were the only two coaches that NS did not sell off at
their early 1995 auction in which they sold the majority of the cars used in
the steam excursion program. As far as I know 28 and 29 are still on the NS
roster for use on business trains.
