Boaz-Bonsack Water Tower

Warden's "Magnificent Mallets" on p. 45 pictures a steel water tower,
which I am guessing was adjacent to Bridge 90 (Glade Creek), a little
over a mile west of Bonsack, and maybe 1.5 miles east of the Boaz siding.

Anyone know when the tower was erected, and whether it was an original
or replaced an earlier tower?
