When the NWHS visited Roanoke a couple of years back they had a jet
engine snow blower in the MOW yard.

It seems upstate New York is buried under 7 or 8 feet of snow. That
sounds more like Donner Pass on the Union Pacific. One has to wonder
if either CSX or Norfolk Soithern has anything resembling a snow
plow, i.e. a rotary plow, etc. Those so-called snow plows that come
attached to the front of 6-axle locomotives are a laughable joke in
that kind of snowfall. Just curious.
