Decreased traffic

Abram :

Was told by a CSX "chief" that (some) the traffic is being rerouted via 
Charleston, WV & Cleveland, OH then heading east (as well as using NS tracks 
northward) - sounds to me like a long way around. Perhaps others on our list that 
are in those areas mentioned can comment.
