Another Connundrum for Detective Miller

The double track extended from WB, I believe it was, at the New River Bridge 
on the Bristol Line, all the way through Radford to Walton.  Plum Creek 
didn't become a "location" on the railroad until the single trackers decided 
to have the double track end there.
