Negative No. 16434 - Where?

The locomotive appears to be an as-built Y5. That, and the lack of
lettering on the tender would date this in the 1930's rather than the
'40's. Also check the negative number as compared to other negs. I think
they numbered them in series, so this would be a help in dating.
