Frank, I can't speak for Norfolk, but empties from Chicago, Sandusky, or other points past Bellevue are usually sent to Williamson. - Keith Baker

  To anyone with knowledge - 

  I was watching a video on Trains and Locomotives on RFD-TV this morning, and from watching the video brings a question.  After all of the full coal hopper loads are emptied in Norfolk, VA, Sandusky, OH, and other locations, where are the empties returned to for proper distribution to all of the mines, or is there a central yard?
