J's coaling at Prichard WV

Is Mr Gemperline confused re Haysi location? To my knowledge there is no 
Haysi in WV,
but there is one in VA - in Dickenson County in SW VA on the border between 
VA and KY.
Haysi/VA is in the upper third of that county East of the big Pine Mountain 
forming the border between the two states.  I don't know, but he might have 
been seeing something 
on the Clinchfield RR.
