In 1923 Dad and Mother were married. Dad(Edgar Stump) was a new hire on the 
N&W in the Civil Engineering Dept. The RR transfered him from Portsmouth,O 
to Bativa, O and Shipped thier furniture there by boxcar.Before they 
returned from thier honeymoon, to Virginia Beach and Wash.D.C, he was 
transfered back to Ports, Ohio, before they returned and the boxcar was 
awaiting.(The Engineering office back then was in the First National 
Bank.Bldg.downtown)

             Bob Stump
