Huddle at Iaeger

In the Fall 2006 issue of Classic trains, there's a
photo of 611 at Iaeger, on the Oct 24, 1959 fan trip
from Roanoke to Williamson and back.  Does anyone know
who any of the three men are?  

Although it's an unusual angle, there's something I
really like about the shot.  The J is dominant, seems
larger than ever, and there's a business-like
grittiness everywhere.  It just seems to say N&W more
loudly than usual.
