While I was working for GE's Aerospace department in King of Prussia (near 
Valley Forge) they used the thermal vacuum chambers when they were not otherwise 
employed to dry out water soaked documents for insurance companies.  
Operating the chamber was expensive, but the insurance companies were more than 
willing to pay the price.
