Ash Hoists

Weren't these devices known as the "Norfolk" style of ash/coal handling facilities?  In Bristol there were a couple of them for ashes and a couple more for coaling engines.

  If VTU gave us images of a bit higher resolution, we could read the number on the front of that K on the right.
