Grottoes Fire Department - N&W Steam Whistle

Jeff,
    At one time, the Reynolds Plant used the whistle at  lunch time, much 
like the way the one is used at East End Shops and at the  Material Yard. I have 
been around there at times and have heard the whistle  and have had passing 
thoughts of a midnight commando raid:):):)
