Southern Railway Bridges

Where doee the Lackawanna viaduct near Tunkhannock, PA fit into the scheme ?  
A few years ago we got off of the PA Turnpike on our way home from New York 
near there due to a traffic backup and I was AMAZED to see it - purely by 
chance.  As my wise old grandmother used to say: "It's an ill wind that blows no 
good !"
