First N&W "Red and White" Calendar?

Do'st any of the faithful know what year the N&W put out its first "red and white" calendar?

And I guess that raises the corollary question, What year was the last one issued?  (Probably about the time they "went mod" and came out with the el-cheapo look for the N&W Magazine...)

Oh, how well I remember trying, each year, to find and pull the tiny red string embedded in the green wrapping paper around those things !
