The guy who runs Semaphore, Allan Botto, almost always
has a large dislay at train shows in the Dulles Expo
Center (Northern Virginia area), so he's very much in
business.  I've heard comments on other sites that
he's not very consistent at responding to phone or
mail.  He's been doing a lot of new work for the
Railroaders' Museum in Altoona.
