THE HEADLIGHT IS REMOVED FROM THE NOSE ALLOWING ACCESS TO THE DOOR.THERE IS
ENOUGH ROOM TO OPEN THE DOOR AND ENTER THE SMOKEBOX,JUST BARELY.IT IS A
TIGHT FIT,I DID IT MANY TIMES ON 611 IN MY YOUNGER,THINNER DAYS.
IT WAS REQUIRED AT LEAST ONCE PER MONTH DURING THE MONTHLY INSPECTION,OR
WHENEVER A PROBLEM WAS SUSPECTED IN THE SMOKEBOX.
