Thank you guys for the responses.  I never remember
seeing any blue N&W cars so I'm getting a lesson here.
 I also model Amtrak, even the early 
"rainbow" years so I'm trying to find out in what
scheme they bought these cars in.

One last question for the masses.  In the mid-late
'70's Amtrak operated a train over the RFP-SCL-N&W
called the HILLTOPPER.  Did that train operate over
the route of any ex-N&W service, or was that an Amtrak
creation?
