12-13-2004 Caught the L51 switching the Ford plant at Batavia.  NS 9097 & NS 1628.  I talked to the conductor and he said at 7:01 AM the Cincinnati District "The Peavine" became Dark Territory.  I checked signals at Newtown. C-10.1 was yellow, C-15.4 dark, C-17.0 dark, C-18.6 dark, and all of Batavia siding dark.  C-36.7 red, and C-39.0 red.  On 12-10-2004 C-33.2 and C-33.3 were red.
