If you have mapquest you can probably find it.

  Vardo yard is parallel to Maryland rt. 632, also called Maryland Ave.  It 
can be reached from the MD rt. 65 exit off of I-70.  Go toward Hagerstown 
to the intersection of 65 and Oak Ridge Drive and turn left there. (Sheetz 
store at this intersection).  Oak Ridge Rd. ends at rt. 632.  Go right and 
you will see the road to the yard office on the left.  Go left on rt. 632 
and there is an overpass which gives a good view of the yard.  There are 
"no trespassing" signs posted at the entrance to the yard office.  Maryland 
Ave. can be accessed north of the yard from Wilson Blvd which runs 
east-west.  Go west on Wilson far enough and it becomes Burhans Blvd. which 
leads to the old WM yard.
