Accident at Twin Branch WV

Larry - I met Walter D. Steele at Finney in 1956; he was engineer on the 2198 on 1/88.  He obviously had a good 40 years of seniority then.

    William H. Steele's brother Crittle Leabron Steele was a engineer on the Pokey retried somewhere
  around 1950. Give me some more info on Walter and  I might be able to help
