Medical Car # 403

To the knowledgeable ones at the maikling list;

While going thru the passenger equipment guides I found a Medical Examination Car # 403, can any body remember this car and the use of the car?  Where was it used and how often? Where or what happened to it? Iam deceiding wether to model the car or not. It would be a novelty on the layout along with the safety cars. Any information on these cars would also be appreciated.
